Since our primary goal is to be online when our users are, the team works seven days a week in several time zones with a rotating staff. We have it all worked out, even though it seems weird. Because of the lack of traffic, the majority of us are headquartered in South Africa, where everyone works remotely. Additionally, our eSwatini-based crew is tiny but powerful.
At AntWorker, there is more to life than work. Don’t worry, we’re all tone deaf. Our staff enjoys getting together, sharing food, taking advantage of company socials, and dancing or karaoke whenever possible.
