As a FP&A Analyst, you will drive our financial future as you lead planning, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives that fuel AntWorker’s strategic growth! In this dynamic role, you’ll become the go-to financial partner for key stakeholders, optimising how we allocate resources and track spending while enhancing transparency across the business. Your financial insights will directly impact our decision-making and sustainable growth trajectory. As a valued member of our collaborative FP&A team, you’ll contribute to critical financial objectives that keep our business thriving.

What you’ll do:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Deliver impactful month-end expense analysis with key drivers and variance explanations.
  • Expense Ownership: Manage all non-marketing/headcount expenses, ensure forecast accuracy, analyse variances, and drive cost optimisation through stakeholder partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Business Partnering: Provide financial updates to ELT sponsors, build strong business unit relationships, support commercial case reviews, and maintain objective resource allocation with commercial mindset.
  • Forecasting Systems: Maintain and enhance financial models in Workday Adaptive Insights to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Allocation: Support annual budgeting process through expense consolidation, business case reviews, and scenario analysis for optimised capital investment.
  • Executive Reporting: Support Board and investor reporting with clear, accurate financial presentations.
  • Process Improvement: Document and refine processes to enhance efficiency, drive automation, and streamline FP&A workflows.

We’d love to hear from you if you tick some of these boxes:

  • Professional Certification: Qualified CA, CPA or CIMA, preferably trained with Big 4 firm
  • Industry Experience: Background in technology or high-growth environments with comfort working in small, dynamic teams
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills with expertise in complex formulas and data analysis; familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning preferred
  • Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of P&L drivers and best-practice financial modeling
  • Business Analysis: Ability to prepare and evaluate business cases with structured cost-benefit analysis
  • Communication: Skill in translating complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidence engaging with colleagues across all organisational levels
  • Organisational Excellence: Strong attention to detail with ability to monitor diverse costs and prioritise effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Problem-Solving: Clear approach to challenges with comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Model Building: Capability to design and build dynamic, flexible financial models tailored to specific business needs
